Great Falls Original Farmers’ Market

The Great Falls Original Farmers’ Market has been going strong for more than 35 years! The market takes place at Civic Center Park at 99 Park Dr. S., Great Falls.

The farmers’ market has about 150 vendors on site offering fresh fare. The new year brings new vendors and plans to give prizes while shoppers enjoy fresh food, crafts, art and other unique offerings.

Most of Montana’s local vegetables and fruit won’t be ripe and in season until later in the summer, so officials are working with farmers in Oregon to bring goods from there to sell in Great Falls that can’t be grown in Montana. These items may include berries, such as blueberries and blackberries.

Market Bucks

Market Bucks are your entry tickets into our daily prize drawings and our grand prize drawing in September.

For every $5 you spend at a participating vendor you receive one (1) Market Buck. Spend $10, get two (2) Market Bucks, etc.

Print your name and phone number on your Market Bucks and drop them in one of the collection containers scattered throughout the Market. At the end of each Market Day there will be a random drawing from all entries received that day.

A prize will be awarded to the customer and vendor whose names are on the winning entry.

Didn't win the daily prize? Don't be discouraged because we keep all the Market Bucks and toss them together for the grand prize drawing on Customer Appreciation Day!

Prizes change every week and include merchandise and gift certificates donated by our vendors and prize sponsors.

Vendors at the market will also have regional herbs, tomato plants and produce, according to market officials. For additional details, visit or call (406) 761-3881.
